Consider the many ways in which line can be used to bring to life a work of art\, and how line relates to our experience of movement and form. \nThese lectures\, given by Michael O’Keefe\, will thoroughly explore various fundamental ideas of visual art. In each lecture\, participants will view many examples of works of art that demonstrate a dynamic use of a particular art idea.Michael will discuss the nature of these concerns and how they are integrated into the compositions of the examples shown.Each topic will be considered as it relates to 2D and 3D art.The goal of these sessions is to help participants develop a more keen and complex understanding of essential art ideas. \n
